SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the SAP implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements and Strada standards
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Manage priorities effectively to meet established project deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Track project progress and documentation, collaborating with project managers to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture
• Support go-live activities to ensure payroll system readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations or configurations
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous involvement in full-cycle SAP implementations
• German language skills
