SAP Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical and functional Application Managed Services (AMS) for Dutch payroll projects
• Ensure high-quality configuration, use, and deployment of OM, PA, PY, and TM modules
• Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project
• Act as the primary escalation point for all functional maintenance issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in SAP PY maintenance and configuration
• Extensive experience with the SAP Dutch PY module and a deep understanding of Dutch Payroll processes
• Proven proficiency in SAP configuration and maintenance
• Strong consulting skills, including business needs analysis and enterprise solutions design
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and short timelines
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is considered a bonus
