SAP OTC System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, including design, configuration, integration testing, UAT, implementation, and hypercare.
• Analyze, design, and configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes such as customer master data, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and process owners across Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
• Collaborate with SAP architects and technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with development teams for functional specifications, testing activities, and defect resolution.
• Support root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of OTC business processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and OTC processes including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, and billing.
• Experience with SAP ECC6 and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation or support.
• Proven experience in Agile project delivery environments.
• Basic understanding of integration points between SAP SD and SAP FI (Accounts Receivable) and MM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in complex business environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Device environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with Credit Management, Returns, and Consignment processes.
• Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and third-party system integrations.
• SAP SD certification.
