SAP OTC & Logistics Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with sales, customer service, and logistics stakeholders.
• Design and architect scalable SAP SD and Logistics solutions, including detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps.
• Configure core SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Intercompany, and Consignment.
• Integrate key logistics components including Delivery Processing, Transportation Management (TM) in S/4HANA, and Warehouse Management (WM) concepts.
• Architect solutions for reverse logistics, consignment stock processing, and cross-company sales to ensure streamlined operations.
• Oversee RICEFW developments by collaborating with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Lead all project testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or internet industries.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing and configuring the SAP SD module.
• Strong emphasis on experience with returns management and reverse logistics processes.
• Thorough understanding of sales, distribution, Bill of Materials (BOM), and order management.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and its integration with MM, FI, and LE modules.
• Experience integrating with MRP, Demand Forecasting, and Procure to Pay processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC module, Advanced Returns Management, and Advanced Inter-company processes.
• At least five years of direct S/4HANA experience.
• Background in the server components or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and third-party logistics integration.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end life cycles for complex, large-scale enterprise transformations.
