SAP Organisational Change & Learning Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coordination, and execution of global end-user training (EUT) for the SAP S/4HANA Amplify program
• Develop and manage the global EUT master schedule aligned to role-based learning pathways
• Coordinate training logistics across multiple regions, including scheduling, venues, and technology platforms
• Establish scalable Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and end-user training plans for global deployment
• Partner with external partners to localize SAP S/4HANA training materials for specific business contexts
• Track and report on training completion, readiness, and certification metrics
• Enable digital adoption tools like WalkMe to support learning in the flow of work
• Act as the key learning partner to Regional Transformation & Change Leads to ensure seamless local deployment

Requirements

• Proven experience leading global learning programs for SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformations
• Experience in organizational change and readiness within SAP or ERP environments
• Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working across multiple regions and time zones
• Ability to develop comprehensive learning plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks
• Experience creating SAP learning materials and support aids
• Strong communication and influencing skills within complex, global programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe
• Experience managing the translation of training materials for global audiences
