SAP Order-to-Cash Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Align OTC system initiatives with the broader IT landscape by creating technical designs from functional requirements and user stories
• Lead agile teams of internal and external experts to execute technical designs and support solutions to industry standards
• Maintain a comprehensive roadmap for sales systems (specifically SAP ECC) to ensure scalability and innovation
• Identify enhancement opportunities within OTC technologies using process mining tools like SAP Signavio
• Coordinate with the IT PMO regarding the transition of end-of-life systems to ensure minimal business disruption
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales processes, providing technical consultancy to project managers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and solution design, specifically for sales systems
• 5+ years of practical experience with SAP modules including SD (Sales and Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution)
• Proven experience with SAP GTS or trade compliance processes
• Documented success in designing and implementing end-to-end sales solutions and process enhancements
• Ability to lead agile teams of approximately 5 members during project execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS
• Proficiency in utilizing BTP extension technologies (no-code)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Clean Core, RISE methodology, and Cloud ALM
• Experience with design thinking and complex problem-solving
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement practices
