SAP Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP environment to ensure secure and reliable services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing SAP Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and technical stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into business outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence across incident, problem, and change management, while overseeing SAP upgrades and risk management.
• Manage strategic vendor partnerships and influence the SAP roadmap to maximize business value and service outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading SAP operations within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering high performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and service providers to deliver IT service outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
• ITIL certification and experience with SAP Basis, integration, or Cloud technologies are highly advantageous.
