SAP MM Staff Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP MM, including incident management, service requests, and enhancement requests.
• Analyze and resolve SAP MM module incidents to ensure minimal disruption to global client operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide advice on SAP MM solutions and designs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.
• Handle change requests and perform defect analysis related to the MM module.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible shifts to support critical business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field (Computer Science, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP MM, preferably supporting global clients.
• Proven experience in SAP MM module incident support and troubleshooting.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with experience in offshore/onsite delivery models.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a time-critical environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Vendor Payments.
• Experience with Service Procurement (SES), Contract Management, and Stock Transfer Orders (STO).
• Knowledge of Master Data management using LTMC or Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with MM integration points such as FI, SD, PP, and PM.
• SAP Certification in SAP MM.
