SAP MM-EWM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SCM and Logistics IT solutions, focusing on functional operations and Level 2 support.
• Use deep knowledge of SAP EWM and MM (Inventory Management, Purchasing, P2P) to support system design and optimization.
• Resolve system issues arising from testing, migration activities, or BAU operations.
• Work with integration touchpoints across MM-SD, MM-PP, and EWM-TM to ensure consistent process flows.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of system and process changes, including requirements, design, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement appropriate change requests.
• Manage migration projects and customer/supplier onboarding and integration activities.
• Provide specialized support for VIP users and internal business partners.

Requirements

• BE/BTech or equivalent qualification.
• 10–12+ years of total SAP experience.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP MM/EWM.
• Proficiency in SAP SCM and Logistics modules.
• Experience in SAP ERP SCM IT operations and Level 2 application support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior teams in UK and European markets.
• Familiarity with Remedy, MS Office tools, and the SAP OSS process.
• Understanding of cloud and on-premise SCM/logistics concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
