SAP Key User Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the testing and validation of new SAP functionalities
• Support and train end-users within your designated scope
• Capture, analyze, and resolve system incidents and defects
• Ensure the correct application of processes and proper tool usage
• Maintain technical and user documentation for France Services sites
• Facilitate the network between sites to share best practices and improvement proposals
• Write business specifications and propose system enhancements
• Manage performance indicators for your specific perimeter
• Assist the France Regional Expert in workshops and cross-functional methodologies

Requirements

• Engineering degree, Master's degree, or equivalent business school diploma
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment or equivalent
• Proven experience using ERP systems (SAP experience is a significant plus)
• Fluency in both French and English
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to various Alstom sites within France

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
