SAP Italian Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and technical actions for outsourced SAP HR solutions
• Manage support tickets based on functional analysis and implement technical solutions in compliance with best practices
• Perform system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure developments meet agreed specifications
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all handled issues
• Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets to ensure consistent meeting of deadlines
• Maintain effective internal and external communication regarding issue status, resolution, and root cause analysis
• Report regularly on project status and progress to the Project Manager or Team Lead

Requirements

• Deep expertise in SAP HCM and Italian payroll processes
• Strong functional analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation
• Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP HR system architecture
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and bug-free customizations
