SAP Inhouse Consultant Sales

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales and Customer Service departments on optimal process and system solutions
• Design and manage business processes along the entire Order-to-Cash process
• Ensure seamless processes between SAP and Salesforce CRM
• Perform customizing adjustments in the SAP SD environment and coordinate technical implementation
• Analyze requirements, create functional and solution concepts, and oversee implementation
• Analyze errors, resolve malfunctions, and ensure sustainable solutions
• Actively participate in IT projects and the further development of the S/4HANA landscape

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar
• Several years of experience in supporting and developing SAP applications
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) including customizing
• Experience in SAP projects and requirements management
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge of ABAP debugging
• Experience in CRM environments, Salesforce is desirable
• Experience in test management as well as incident and change management
