SAP Infrastructure Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to the Infrastructure Services team
• Design, construct, and maintain server and network infrastructure
• Offer operational support for SAP architectures
• Collaborate with engineers and developers on provisioning, configuration, and security
• Develop, mentor, and train staff to enhance service delivery
• Create and document processes for daily operations and new service integration
• Monitor alerts, tickets, and processes to ensure timely task completion
• Manage significant outages through standard ITIL processes
• Analyze and re-engineer existing solutions to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related technical field
• Certification in CCNP or CCNA
• 5 to 7 years of technical experience managing large infrastructure setups
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure and technical operations
• Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN protocols and architectures
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• ITIL V3, CISSP, or CCNA certifications
• Experience in cybersecurity practices for infrastructure protection
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
