SAP Implementation and Optimization Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Optimize the SAP system in the plant to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure precise inventory control and collaborate with the purchasing department
• Implement a system to guarantee product freshness through robust SAP integration beyond manual FIFO
• Configure SAP modules for material planning, production, inbound, and packaging processes
• Automate FIFO processes and inventory control based on expiration dates
• Set up dashboards to monitor performance KPIs for production, inbound, and packaging
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate SAP adoption and change management

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP modules: MM, PP, WM, QM, and SCM
• Experience in SAP parameterization and configuration for production and logistics
• Proficiency in material planning and production resource management
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical SAP solutions
• Experience in training end-users and providing technical support
