SAP HR Track Lead

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the detailed HCM track plan
• Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time
• Review key deliverables and communicate track status updates
• Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports
• Challenge the implementation team in solution design and task durations
• Manage integration areas with other streams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HR
• At least 5 years in a leadership or project management role
• Proven expertise in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll)
• Strong track record of successful project delivery within the SAP HR landscape
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management and training development
• Relevant SAP certifications
