Responsibilities
- Create and execute the detailed HCM track plan
- Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time
- Review key deliverables and communicate track status updates
- Develop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Challenge the implementation team in solution design and task durations
- Manage integration areas with other streams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HR
- At least 5 years in a leadership or project management role
- Proven expertise in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll)
- Strong track record of successful project delivery within the SAP HR landscape
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in change management and training development
- Relevant SAP certifications
