SAP HR Consultant, Senior Associate – French Payroll

Responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities for outsourced SAP customers
• Manage simple to medium complexity tickets following functional analysis and technical guidance
• Generate bug-free code and customizing that respects company best practices
• Operate system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure developments meet specifications
• Provide both technical and functional documentation for all handled issues
• Manage personal daily priorities and report status and progress regularly to the Team Manager
• Maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders regarding issue resolution and root causes
• Maintain a strong understanding of general HR flows and SAP HR architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in French; English or Italian is a plus
• Previous experience in SAP HCM PY/PT application maintenance for French customers
• Knowledge of the SAP PY FR solution and French legal requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong client focus and sense of accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) or Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
