SAP HCM Professional

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and align technology with business strategy
• Maintain expertise in SAP application process design, configuration, and technical architecture
• Support SAP application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment
• Act as an internal and external expert regarding functional or industry domain knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP HCM
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel to client sites, both locally and overseas
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
