Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll based on client requirements
- Perform end-to-end testing and support user acceptance testing for payroll processes
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM Payroll-related issues
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM Payroll functionalities and ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM Payroll
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll configuration and processes
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll integration with other SAP modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
