Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand payroll requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Payroll configurations
- Configure, implement, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll systems following best practices
- Conduct thorough testing of payroll processes and assist during user acceptance testing
- Provide ongoing support for payroll processing and address issues
- Stay informed about latest SAP HCM Payroll developments and compliance issues
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder liaison
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with other SAP modules
