SAP HCM Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP-HCM modules including Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Design and configure ECP Cloud Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors (Talent, Performance, Recruitment, etc.).
• Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP integrations.
• Lead end-to-end implementations from scratch and manage global roll-outs.
• Manage SAP projects using methodologies such as ASAP, Waterfall, or Agile.
• Integrate information between SAP-HCM and SuccessFactors using specialized IT tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (conversational skills are essential).
• Mastery of SAP ECC and expertise in HCM modules (PY, OM, PA).
• Proven experience configuring ECP Cloud Payroll.
• Experience managing large-scale implementations for organizations with over 10,000 employees.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (ASAP, Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to reside in Celaya or Monterrey, or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Relevant SAP certifications or completed specialized academies.
