SAP HCM Data Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Migration (DM) Lead in executing migration templates following global and local standards
• Perform data extraction and transformation using appropriate tools to support migration processes
• Review client-provided data files to ensure quality before loading into systems
• Load data into testing and production environments and maintain accurate load trackers
• Propose solutions for errors, monitor reconciliation, and provide validation reports to clients
• Suggest improvements for data migration templates and loading procedures

Requirements

• 0 to 1 years of experience in IT-related projects or environments
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or an MBA
• Knowledge of Human Resources, Time, and Payroll concepts
• Functional knowledge of HRIS technology (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP HCM, or Peoplesoft)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, or similar data tools
• High level of English proficiency
• Willingness to work in shifts and travel for business purposes
