SAP HCM Core Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP HCM S4 HANA Core Modules (PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll)
• Customize and streamline functionalities to meet specific business needs
• Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems for seamless integration
• Troubleshoot data replication, system integration, and cloud connectivity issues
• Provide end-user training and resolve user queries related to Core HCM modules
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Perform regular audits to validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, custom developments, and processes
• Develop and execute test plans for Core HCM modules to ensure reliability
• Configure new company payroll settings including Payroll Area, Wage types, and Personnel Calculation Rules
• Collaborate with Business and Fiori development teams to develop HR Fiori Apps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Core Modules: PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
• Experience with SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
• HR-related Fiori knowledge
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Foundation Objects, and data migration
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP HCM certification
