SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes using SAP and euHReka platforms to optimize services
• Manage SAP HR modules including payroll, time, and pre/post-payroll processes
• Gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform conceptual design, system prototyping, and configuration planning
• Monitor integrated testing and ensure proper solution implementation across environments
• Resolve complex functional problems related to application environments and local legislation
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and clients
• Support IT Account Managers and case controllers in delivering IT services for specific client accounts

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support with a successful track record
• Functional domain expertise in SAP HR modules and ERP methodology
• Strong understanding of Human Resources Operations and system requirements
• Advanced proficiency in oral and written English
• Experience working in a global environment and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Luxembourg payroll legislation and SAP customizing
• Experience with schema knowledge for payroll and time management
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
