SAP GSI Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP GSI projects by managing project plans, budgets, and scope according to global governance processes
• Define capacity plans and ensure timely staffing aligned with specific skill requirements
• Lead projects by managing resources, interdependencies, and cross-functional teams including sourcing, financial, and technical departments
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving solutions to remove barriers to success
• Engage and communicate with executive-level stakeholders to secure alignment and support
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and financial records
• Ensure strict adherence to standard methodologies, processes, and tools

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, preferably in Information Technology
• 6+ years of total professional experience, including 3–5 years in project management
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Proven track record of managing large-scale or global programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting
• Fluency in English and comfort working in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
