SAP Group Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end functional delivery for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting workstreams within the ampliFi program.
• Contribute to and review functional designs and configurations to ensure alignment with consolidation architecture and accounting policies.
• Ensure solutions support accurate consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, ownership structures, and group hierarchies.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans covering functional scope, milestones, and dependencies across integration points.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) with a focus on reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across Group Finance, Data, Integration, Testing, and Deployment teams.
• Support SIT and UAT execution, including the validation of consolidation scenarios and assessment of defects.
• Assist with production readiness and cutover preparation to ensure stable close and consolidation cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering group consolidation and reporting capabilities within large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Hands-on functional configuration experience in SAP Group Reporting is required.
• Solid understanding of group consolidation concepts, including intercompany processing, eliminations, and currency translation.
• Strong grasp of delivery governance, including planning, dependency management, and RAID management.
• Experience operating in complex, global delivery environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide structured, finance-relevant updates.
• A delivery-focused mindset with high attention to control, data integrity, and execution discipline.
