SAP GRC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to GRC processes and tools
• Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control and Process Control modules
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to ensure understanding of GRC functionalities and best practices
• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
• Actively participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards
• Provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation process
• Monitor and support live operation of GRC solutions and troubleshoot issues
• Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and regulatory changes in the GRC landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP GRC implementation and configuration
• Strong knowledge of GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules
• Experience designing and implementing role-based access controls and compliance processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
• SAP GRC certification(s) are highly desirable
