SAP Functional Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the SAP Finance platform across the EMEA region with a focus on Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Partner with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to resolve business process issues in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Provide Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM)
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for Procurement and Accounts Payable teams
• Engage with EMEA Finance and Procurement leadership to support platform operations and enhancements
• Capture, document, and deliver new business requirements
• Develop test artefacts and scripts for unit, integration, and UAT testing
• Create knowledge articles and training materials to support user adoption
• Provide ad hoc training and consulting to super users and SMEs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud P2P Business Process Cycle (MM, PRs, POs, GRs, FI, CO)
• 5–10 years of experience in SAP BAU Support or implementation roles
• Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and JIRA
• Experience with IT Service Management systems, preferably ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in relevant modules such as MM, FI, or AP
• ITIL certification
