SAP Functional Consultant (SuccessFactors)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and Employee Payroll
• Partner with Deloitte to understand solution design and the broader SAP environment
• Act as a key functional SME during design, build, testing, and deployment phases
• Contribute to requirements gathering, process design, and system configuration
• Provide post go-live support, including issue resolution and user support
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
• Drive future enhancements and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors landscape
• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a functional SAP or SuccessFactors role
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules
• Proven experience working on or supporting a SuccessFactors implementation
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes
• Ability to work effectively with external implementation partners
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivery and quality
