SAP FSCM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial supply chain management initiatives to improve cash flow, credit management, and collections processes.
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and optimization of SAP FSCM solutions.
• Manage the FSCM team, providing guidance to ensure effective execution of financial strategies.
• Identify and implement best practices for dispute resolution and credit management.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and generate performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on FSCM functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Qualified CA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or Mcom.
• 7-11 years of experience in SAP S4HANA Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations (Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management, and Cash Application).
• Strong knowledge of S4HANA credit management functionalities and credit score calculation.
• Experience with 3rd party interface integration for credit management.
• Hands-on experience in preparing functional specifications.
• Knowledge of SAP FI Account Receivables.
• Ability to independently handle complex technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
