SAP French PY Consultant

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems related to SAP HR, including technical programming, portal, workflow, payroll schemes, and legal report parametrization.
• Define, pursue, and negotiate work phases during project development to ensure optimal application performance.
• Collaborate on the definition of data structures, data models, and application flow diagrams to meet customer requirements.
• Perform integrated testing of complex applications and provide technical support to team members.
• Act as a technical reference by providing coaching, mentoring, and training to other team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and the reuse of knowledge within the organization.
• Manage assigned work pools to ensure profitability and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HR modules, specifically within the French payroll context.
• Expert-level knowledge of technical development environments and database design.
• Advanced proficiency in various programming languages and SAP architecture.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and technical platforms.
• Expert oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
• Any Graduate degree.
