SAP Finance Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions
• Configure and implement SAP solutions that align with client business needs and objectives
• Lead project streams and actively engage with clients to understand their unique business models
• Partner with stakeholders to lead requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, and testing
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Coach and develop junior team members within the technology analysis practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2 to 4 years of experience working with SAP ERP-based systems
• Experience with at least one full SAP implementation cycle (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, or related modules)
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications
• Hands-on experience with SAP Accounts Payable configuration, including invoice processing and payments
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 40-60% to meet client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise in SAP Finance
• Hands-on SAP AR configuration experience (Business Partner master data, cash application, dunning)
• SAP certifications, such as SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (C_TS4FI_2023)
• Experience with Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and Bank Account Management
