SAP Finance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions ensuring integration with CO, MM, SD, PP, and Concur
• Manage the SAP FI application lifecycle including enhancements, upgrades, and operational support
• Provide third-level support for finance-related SAP issues through ITSM
• Support SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and improvement initiatives
• Provide functional guidance to project teams and developers through functional specifications
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide thought leadership and training on SAP S/4HANA innovations like Universal Journal and AI/ML-driven automation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with SAP Finance solutions (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Controlling, Treasury, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting)
• Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions
• Knowledge of integration with CO, MM, SD, PP, and Concur
• Experience with Group Reporting, Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes in complex or global organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP project systems
• Experience in international or global organizations within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments
