SAP FICO Solution Architect, Public Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI and CO solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as SD and MM.
• Define the SAP FICO roadmap in alignment with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
• Provide technical oversight on system performance, best practices, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, IT teams, and external partners to drive financial transformation initiatives.
• Oversee customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Mentor and lead a team of SAP consultants to promote technical growth and professional development.

Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in an SAP architecture or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes, including general ledger, AP/AR, asset accounting, and controlling.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading complex SAP FICO projects and guiding technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with industry-specific SAP FICO implementations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as IFRS or GAAP.
• Previous experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile).
