SAP FICO Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO integration and rollout projects across North America, including blueprinting, data management, and post-go-live support
• Serve as the regional subject-matter expert for SAP Financial modules such as AR, AP, Controlling, BI, and SAP Analytics
• Manage and support financial systems connected to SAP, including oversight of Vertex for sales tax determination and reporting
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation across Finance operations
• Collaborate with global and regional SAP teams and local business stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption
• Provide daily functional support for Finance users, including troubleshooting and managing SAP user access and authorizations
• Design, document, and test new business processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Finance, Controlling, or Product Costing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial processes
• Knowledge of IFRS and NIIF regulations
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
