SAP FI/CO - IT Consultant Finance Applications (Implementation & Development)

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO projects following project management principles, focusing on IT realization and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define technical standards for new projects and enhancements
• Manage project budgets, including creation of eCRs, forecasting, and ensuring budget reliability
• Ensure the availability and quality of technical documentation and maintain up-to-date information in LeanIX
• Define technical concepts for changes and manage realization and hyper-care processes
• Ensure service continuity and system operations in the region through structured problem-solving
• Facilitate knowledge management by sharing lessons learned across teams and staying updated on industry standards

Requirements

• Academic Degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable IT consulting role
• Proven experience in IT Solutions for Accounting & Controlling
• Hands-on experience with SAP Accounting & Controlling and SAP Analytic Cloud
• Strong business knowledge related to Accounting & Controlling processes
• Basic knowledge of related SAP modules
• Business fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 20%)
