SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP FI and CO solutions to support financial operations and business control
• Analyze end-to-end finance processes and translate business needs into system designs
• Drive improvements across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis
• Plan and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Provide training and support to key users and maintain configuration and process documentation
• Troubleshoot incidents and stay current on SAP FICO and S/4HANA capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have taken a career break of one year or more to be eligible for the ExcelHer returnship program

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• SAP certification in FICO
• Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, or PP
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Project management experience
