SAP FICO AMS Consultant Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP FICO areas including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Lead incident resolution, problem management, and small enhancement delivery aligned with AMS SLAs.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP FICO solutions ensuring adherence to clean-core standards within S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with integration teams (MM, PP, SD) to ensure FICO alignment across supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Deliver configuration changes and functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and automation within FICO processes for customers.
• Provide mentorship and functional guidance to junior AMS consultants.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full S/4HANA implementations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Strong expertise in Group Reporting and/or Product Costing.
• Broad functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA.
• Deep understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Proficiency in Fiori applications for Finance and Universal Journal concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private).
• Experience with AMS service delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP CIM.
