SAP FI Principal Consultant - Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and strategy of SAP FI solutions, focusing on the simplification of the Chart of Accounts and hierarchies.
• Conduct As-Is analysis of current financial structures to identify drivers of poor data quality and propose remediation plans.
• Drive master data management initiatives, influencing conceptual design for MDG and SAP Stack technologies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, presenting findings and proposed solutions to governance bodies for approval.
• Implement data quality improvement initiatives to achieve specific remediation targets.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants to ensure successful project delivery and high-performing team dynamics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on SAP FI.
• K5 SAP Consultant certification and experience within a Tier 1 consulting environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as SAP Business Intelligence (BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
