SAP EWM Functional Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and business blueprinting sessions for SAP EWM projects
• Manage full life cycle implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and documentation
• Oversee team management, including task allocation, resource management, and performance evaluation
• Optimize warehouse processes including Inbound, Outbound, and Internal processes
• Configure and modify Post Processing Framework and system integration between SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Implement specialized functions such as Labour Management, Yard Management, and Cross Docking

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Proven track record of at least 2 full life cycle SAP EWM implementations
• Expertise in SAP Mobile Technologies (SAP Console, ITS Mobile, or RFID for RF Framework)
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules including SD, MM, and WM
• Experience with interface development (RFC, ALE, IDoc, or Web Services)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EWM Certification
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
• Experience working within a CMMI organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal communication
