SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support, execute, and optimize enterprise warehouse operations through SAP EWM automation and integration.
• Investigate and analyze complex warehousing and system problems, providing timely resolutions and documentation.
• Plan test scopes, conduct unit and performance testing, and ensure all test cases are scripted and documented.
• Compile detailed functional specification documents and implement Fiori applications for the warehouse environment.
• Manage data migration and perform sanity checks to ensure zero system audit findings.
• Conduct structured skills transfer, training sessions, and develop comprehensive user guides for the SAP COE staff.
• Adhere to strict change management governance using SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and ITSM.

Requirements

• 10–19 years of experience as an Application Support Specialist or Functional Consultant.
• Expert-level capability in advanced troubleshooting and functional analysis within SAP EWM.
• Proven experience with data migration via LSMW and standard data uploads.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, specifically ChaRM (Change Request Management) and ITSM (Service Request Management).
• High proficiency in leveraging SAP Fiori and SAP Portal interfaces.
• Experience managing SAP EWM solutions across multi-site warehouse environments.
• Ability to facilitate JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions and participate in complex project meetings.
