SAP ERP Director - Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Support industrial clients in improving the performance of accounting and management control processes.
• Lead all phases of SAP transformation projects, including opportunity studies, scoping, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI and advanced analytics solutions to optimize the Record to Report process and maximize SAP environment value.
• Develop and manage project teams while supporting the professional growth of consultants.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and missions requiring functional, sectoral, and technical expertise.
• Participate in Practice management by leading initiatives for client content creation and continuous internal improvement.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Business School or Engineering School).
• At least 10 years of successful experience in consulting or a corporate environment.
• Significant management and leadership experience.
• Mastery of SAP configuration for one or more modules: FI, CO, or PS.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to handle complex subjects.
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
