SAP ERP Director

Responsibilities

• Accompany industrial clients in improving performance across the Plan to Produce process, from resource planning to production execution.
• Lead and deliver all phases of SAP transformation projects, including opportunity studies, scoping, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Re-engineer business processes and information systems to ensure organizational coherence, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate AI and advanced analytics solutions to optimize the Plan to Produce process and maximize SAP environment value.
• Develop and manage project teams while supporting the professional growth of consultants.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and missions requiring functional, sectoral, and technical expertise.
• Participate in Practice management by leading initiatives for client content creation and internal process improvement.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Business School, Master 2, or Engineering degree).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or within a corporate environment, ideally with prior management experience.
• Mastery of the end-to-end Plan to Produce process.
• Expert knowledge of SAP PP module configuration.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to handle complex subjects.
• English proficiency at a C1 level.
