SAP ERP Architect Director

Responsibilities

• Design and define robust, scalable SAP ERP architectures aligned with industrial business needs.
• Lead SI and data architecture choices for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring coherence between SAP and non-SAP components.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, defining target architectures, migration strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Design modern data platforms integrating SAP environments with advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Develop and lead project teams, supporting the professional growth of consultants in technical and methodological areas.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and high-value practice management initiatives.

Requirements

• Master 2 or Engineering degree (Ecole de Commerce / Ingénieur).
• At least 10 years of experience in consulting or a corporate environment, ideally with prior management experience.
• Deep expertise in SI architecture, including urbanisation, SAP/non-SAP integration, and interoperability.
• Proven ability to define complex target solutions and manage large-scale data/system migrations.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a rigorous approach to complex technical subjects.
• Professional fluency in English (C1 level).
