SAP Enterprise Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 application support for SAP EWM modules
• Manage Logistics Execution (LE) processes including warehousing, handling unit management, and inventory management
• Work on EWM integration with S4 HANA processes such as Production (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Transportation Management (TM)
• Resolve system issues, manage incident/problem management, and handle ad-hoc service requests
• Coordinate with business users to understand operational issues and provide break-fixes
• Monitor ticket queues in JIRA and ServiceNow, including system monitoring of IDocs and batch jobs
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process optimization, transformation, and implementing leading practice workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline
• 7+ years of experience with SAP WM/EWM, including inbound, outbound, and internal processes
• 5+ years of experience with S4 HANA
• 5+ years of hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP EWM
• Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay area (Foster City or surrounding areas)
• Experience working with distributed offshore and nearshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, or EAM
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations and operate independently with minimal supervision
