- Engage directly with client teams to understand requirements
- Optimize client payroll processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and configurations
- Proficiency in SAP ECP functionality including time, attendance, and reporting
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability to start the contract
