SAP DRC Techno Functional Consultant - Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for statutory reporting, e-invoicing, and digital tax compliance across various geographies.
• Configure and implement SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) solutions.
• Partner with finance, tax, and compliance teams to ensure legal reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Support country-specific localization requirements, including India e-Invoicing, GST, Italy SDI, and Mexico CFDI.
• Design and enhance custom RICEF objects using ABAP, CDS views, and APIs.
• Manage SAP DRC integration with external government portals via middleware, CPI, or APIs.
• Perform XML/JSON mapping, message structure design, and compliance schema management.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to DRC frameworks and eDocument processing.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP DRC and the eDocument Framework.
• Deep understanding of SD pricing, Tax processes (VAT, GST), and Financial Accounting (FI).
• Proficiency in technical skills including ABAP, CDS Views, and OData services.
• Experience with SAP Integration technologies such as CPI, PI/PO, or APIs.
• Hands-on experience with XML/JSON, schemas, and digital signature handling.
• Proven ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and provide solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global compliance requirements across at least 1–2 international regions.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP tables and data structures specific to DRC.
