SAP Development Analyst Senior

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP ABAP, including incident resolution, system enhancements, and project delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop technical specifications following established standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across code, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Lead technical design reviews and peer reviews of specifications.
• Govern the transition and handoff from project delivery to application support teams.
• Mentor junior and intermediate analysts to build team capability.
• Work closely with AMS teams and external partners to support application maintenance.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP development.
• Expertise in WRICEF, Data Dictionary Objects, and Module Pool Programming.
• Strong experience with interfaces including IDOC, RFC, BAPI, and ABAP Proxy.
• Knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori, Gateway development, and SAPUI5 troubleshooting.
• Understanding of S/4HANA Modern ABAP, VDMs, ABAP CDS, and BOPF.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work on a shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, including irregular hours.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English (minimum 80%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (SAP CI-DS).
• Experience with Webdynpro, ALV, and Workflow Objects.
• Basic SAP Functional knowledge in FI, MM, SD, eWM, or TM.
• Experience with data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Proficiency in French or German.
