Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across SAP engagements, owning plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplined project teams
• Establish and maintain governance structures, status reporting, and delivery rhythms
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA adoption and integration activities
• Identify and manage risks and issues early
• Support account management activities and identify follow-on opportunities
• Champion quality and continuous improvement across engagements
• Contribute to internal growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues

Requirements

• Proven SAP delivery professional
• Experience in client-facing environments
• Ability to manage complex, fast-moving environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage through change and ambiguity
