Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects
• Lead a team of SAP consultants
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and drive satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP project delivery
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in large and complex SAP projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations)
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, SD, MM, or FI/CO
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and testers
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global and multi-cultural teams
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP)
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
