SAP Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate inbound documentation from production, laboratory, and manufacturing offices for SAP postings
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP transaction codes and reporting tools
• Perform daily SAP transactions for goods issue and receipts of semi-finished and finished goods
• Manage SAP Bulk Silo Cockpit entries for various dairy products
• Execute inventory counts and cycle count adjustments in SAP EWM
• Assist Warehouse with stock reconciliations to maintain system integrity
• Ensure documentation aligns with SQF, SMETA, and regulatory standards
• Support food safety and quality by maintaining sanitary work areas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, EWM) or similar ERP systems
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to job tasks
• Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday on second shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Knowledge of dairy processes and compositions
• Experience in inventory control within a manufacturing setting
